The new Civic features the most sophisticated chassis and suspension design in the model's history. It has MacPherson struts in front and a multi-link suspension in the rear, front and rear stabilizer bars, and fluid-filled front suspension bushings. The result is quicker and more accurate steering, more responsive handling, and class-above ride quality.
SUPERIOR BRAKING & ROAD CONTROL
Power-assisted 4-wheel disc brakes feature an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist for sure stopping power.

Honda SENSING™

The Refreshed Civic is equipped with Honda SENSING™ which includes a comprehensive range of class-leading safety technologies and driver aids. Designed to make driving both easier and safer, ensuring that all occupants are offered the highest levels of protection.

To help reduce the likelihood of a frontal impact, the Collison Mitigation Braking System™ helps to bring the car to a stop if the system determines that a collision with a vehicle detected in front or a pedestrian is unavoidable. A warning sounds, and if necessary, brake pressure is automatically applied.

Road Departure Mitigation System uses the windscreen-mounted camera to detect whether the car is veering out of its lane. It applies subtle corrections to keep the vehicle in its lane, and in certain situations can also apply braking force and provide a tactile warning.

Helps keep you in the middle of your lane, providing a less stressful driving experience by reducing the need for steering correction movements and driving effort on the motorway.

If the car moves out of its lane without you activating the indicator, then alerts will flash and sound, to help bring your attention to correcting the lane drift.

Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), allows the driver to set a desired speed and following distance from a vehicle detected ahead, allowing the Civic to adjust its speed automatically for a safe and comfortable journeys

Warranty

OMASCO Honda warrants that it will either repair or replace, free of charge, any part it supplies (excluding tyres and glass) that is defective in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid for 5 Years or 100,000km (whichever occurs first)- from the date the vehicle is sold, or the date of initial registration of the vehicle, whichever is earlier, and is transferable to subsequent owners.

The factory fitted battery for Honda vehicles is covered for a period of 2 years or 50,000km (whichever comes first). If the factory fitted battery fails and replaced with an OEM battery or Honda recommended battery, the new battery will have a 1 year warranty.

Commercial use vehicles and rental vehicles will be covered for 3 years/100,000km, whichever comes first. However, cars serviced at OMASCO Honda at every 10,000km or 6 months (whichever falls earlier) will be entitled for a 5 year/100,000km mileage warranty.
